The Technical Services Associate at Safeway plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of in-store technology and systems. This position assists in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of various technical assets, contributing to optimal store performance and customer satisfaction. The Technical Services Associate works under the guidance of senior technical staff and may interact with store personnel across different departments to address technical issues and implement solutions. Responsibilities may include assisting with the installation and configuration of new equipment, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, providing basic technical support to store teams, and maintaining accurate records of technical interventions and system statuses.
