Responsibilities:

• Optimize shelf placement for new and promotional fresh food items through effective engagement.
• Create and execute impactful fresh food displays to capture shopper interest.
• Maintain fully stocked shelves by efficiently replenishing fresh products.
• Cultivate positive and productive working relationships with store management and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising plans, verifying accurate pricing and appropriate signage for fresh items.
• Monitor inventory levels of fresh goods and offer informed recommendations for order quantities to store personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfort and skill in using smart devices for reporting and communication are necessary.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Capable of regularly lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel to various retail stores within a designated area.
• Ability to transport necessary merchandising materials for fresh food displays is essential.
• Previous experience in a retail environment and/or customer service, particularly with fresh foods, is highly valued.
