As an Integration Lead at GameStop, you will be instrumental in connecting and streamlining our diverse technological systems and platforms. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions between various GameStop systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integration pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of integration standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of systems.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest integration trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage and coordinate integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on integration-related topics.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data governance and security policies during integration processes.
• Document integration architectures, designs, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
• Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal impact on integrated systems.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding integration progress and challenges.
• Contribute to the overall stability and performance of GameStop's IT infrastructure through effective integration practices.

Qualifications:

• Must provide valid proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices (e.g., APIs, ESB, messaging queues).
• Experience with various integration platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with database technologies and data management principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration services is a plus.
