Description:

As a Busser at Dave & Buster's, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, directly contributing to their overall experience. Your primary focus will be on ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently, assisting servers in providing excellent service, and supporting the smooth operation of the dining areas. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Details:

• Promptly and efficiently clear tables of dishes, glassware, and debris after guests depart, preparing them for new patrons.
• Reset tables according to established standards, ensuring they are clean, properly set with silverware, napkins, and any necessary condiments.
• Assist servers with various tasks, such as refilling beverages, delivering items to tables, and running food as needed, to enhance guest service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of bus stations, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Sweep or spot-clean floors in dining areas as needed to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
• Remove trash and recyclables from the dining areas and bus stations, adhering to proper disposal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and other team members to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Be attentive to guest needs and proactively address any requests or relay them to the appropriate staff member.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding sanitation, safety, and hygiene.
• Assist in setting up for special events or large parties as directed.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and/or weekends, as required by business needs.
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team.
• Must be of legal working age as required by local regulations.
