Description:
As a Support Technician (also known as a Midway Technician), you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment offerings. This involves the upkeep and repair of our facility's attractions, including arcade games, simulators, and various technical equipment. Crucially, you'll also be a key point of contact for our guests, providing assistance and maintaining an optimal playing environment within the midway at all times.

- Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our food, beverages, and games are complemented by a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere perfect for celebrating fun.
- Keep your immediate supervisor informed about any issues or significant unusual occurrences, taking swift corrective action or suggesting alternative solutions when necessary.
- Provide prompt and accurate support while effectively managing guest wait times and communicating essential information to guests, fellow team members, and managers.
- Greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor while handling various job responsibilities. Offer a welcoming smile and greeting to guests as they enter the Midway.
- Assist guests by efficiently repairing and maintaining amusement equipment to minimize downtime.
- Load and replenish tickets in redemption games, ensuring the security of all ticket storage locations.
- Address guest inquiries and requests, provide helpful answers, and offer relevant recommendations.
- Offer a warm farewell to departing guests, confirm their satisfaction, and invite them to return.
- Immediately notify the Manager of any guest exhibiting signs of dissatisfaction.
- Take responsibility for stocking, arranging, and securing merchandise within all storage areas.
- Participate in merchandise inventory counts during and after shifts, as applicable.
- Monitor and replenish necessary supplies, ensuring all areas meet established standards. Discuss any problem areas with the Manager.
- Regularly check the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and free from obstructions.
- Strategically position and arrange displays to attract guest attention and boost sales.
- Assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the tech room and storage areas.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance tasks efficiently and safely, as directed by management.
- Provide support for general store maintenance activities as instructed by management.
- Offer assistance to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all company team members to foster a collaborative and harmonious environment that maximizes team morale, productivity, and efficiency.
- Must be approachable and able to smile frequently while working various shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Technical and/or electrical aptitude is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and other team members.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
