Responsibilities:

• Efficiently stock shelves with new and existing products, ensuring optimal product placement.
• Organize and arrange products to create attractive and accessible displays for shoppers.
• Maintain fully stocked shelves by promptly replenishing items as needed.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with grocery store managers and their teams.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and that all necessary labels and signage are in place.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock needs to store management.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
• Comfort and ability to use smart devices for reporting and communication purposes are necessary.
• Proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle items up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel to different grocery store locations within a designated area.
• Ability to transport necessary stocking tools and materials is required.
• Previous experience in a grocery, retail, or customer service role is a plus.
