Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute shelf resets and product placement according to client specifications and planograms.
• Guide team members in creating impactful and visually appealing product displays to maximize customer engagement.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized following reset guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain positive and productive relationships with grocery store managers and their teams.
• Verify accurate pricing, signage, and overall presentation of products post-reset.
• Potentially provide feedback on inventory levels based on reset activities to store management.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Required proficiency in using smart devices for reporting, communication, and accessing planograms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Capable of frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel to different grocery store locations within a designated area.
• Ability to transport necessary reset tools and materials is essential.
• Previous experience in grocery resets, retail merchandising, or team leadership is highly desirable.
