Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations for shelf placement, promotional activities, and product assortment.
• Monitor category performance against established goals and provide regular performance reports.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with store management and their teams to implement category strategies.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising plans and guidelines, verifying accurate pricing and appropriate promotional materials.
• Track inventory levels and provide data-backed insights to store management regarding optimal order quantities.

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in using digital devices for data analysis, reporting, and communication is essential.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Capable of occasionally handling and transporting materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel to various retail locations within a designated area.
• Ability to transport necessary analytical tools and materials is required.
• Previous experience in retail, data analysis, or category management is highly desirable.
